I believe in supporting and guiding clients to find their own answers, using a holistic, supportive, and integrated approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Through personal growth and development, we can learn to change our destiny and replenish our positive energy. It is finding our own inner strengths; the power to find our own answers and to rid ourselves of negative self-talk so that we can be at peace with the decisions we make, without unwelcome influence and/or advice.

I enjoy working with clients of different ages, races & ethnicities, genders, religious/spiritual beliefs, and sexual orientations. I have experience working with and within the judicial, legislative, educational, and medical systems. My approach is strength-based, person-centered, & integrated; using an individual's own strengths to guide their treatment.

Kimberly's focus is working with clients who have experienced, or think they may be experiencing, narcissistic abuse from a partner, friend, and/or parent(s), clients struggling from religious abuse or are in the process of deconstruction, working with healthcare providers and emergency service workers, clients who work at the MDOC, and those in high profile careers looking for support and/or guidance. Certifications include Trauma-focused CBT, Family Psychoeducation, Motivational Interviewing, Metabolic Syndrome, and others.
