I understand everyone's journey is unique, so you can rest easy knowing cookie-cutter methods won't be used. 

 I specialized in areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, military related stressors, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and everyday stressors (such as work/life balance, life transitions, and communication). I help to provide a safe and welcoming space for clients 14+ and adults through telehealth therapy. Whether it is overcoming a traumatic experience or needing a safe space to open up about a troubling situation, I see you, and I am here for you.
