Tasha Welch

I am a Master of Social Work graduate student with Ferris State University interning with Belle Tower Group. I have an undergraduate degree in Family Studies where I thrived on providing education to families and individulas to help them learn to be their best selves. My focus on clinical social work allows me to use my passion for making a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. I use a strengths based, trauma informed approach to meeting clients where they are in their therapeutic journey. Aside from attending an accredited university for social work, I have over 14 years of experiences in the social work field with families, children, and other vulnerable populations in the community. 

I understand the struggles of everyday life and recognize multiple factors can compound those challenges. Oftentimes, intervention through therapeutic outlets can provide relief and encouragement for change to become mentally well and healthy. 

I am eager to work with a variety of populations, working collaboratively with each individual to create a therapeutice plan for long or short term goals that a grounded in compassion, empathy, and resiliency. From children to adults, anxiety to depression, boundaries to flexibility, I am ready to promote your mental wellness by maximizing our time together. I want to support you in meeting goals we establish together and help you reach the best version of yourself.
